Man Broke Into Atlantic City Hall, Stayed Overnight: Police Atlantic City police arrested a man who broke into City Hall on Sunday, Oct. 1 and stayed there overnight, authorities said. Sherif Ramadan, 39, of Atlantic City was charged with burglary, police said.  On October 2, 2023, at 8:50 a.m., police Officers Justin Peyton, Hiram Mercado, and Rusty Bouffard responded to City Hall in the 1300 block of Bacharach Boulevard for an unauthorized person in the building found by staff members.
