A Philadelphia area man has been charged with kidnapping and murder in the disappearance of his Bucks County coworker, who has been missing since 2021. Michael Allen Stark, 49, of Royersford, is believed to have kidnapped Matthew James Branning, after a shift at his Silverdale job in October 2021, took him to withdraw money at an ATM and then fled in Brannging's car to New Jersey, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said.
