Road Rage Driver Who Ran Down Victim In PA McDonald's ID'd As NJ Man: Authorities
Over a month after 47-year-old Jason Smith of Levittown was run over and killed in the parking lot of a Bristol McDonald's, authorities say they found the driver responsible.
Daniel S. Dietrich, 45, of Palmyra, New Jersey, was arrested Friday, March 10, and charged with homicide, driving on a suspended license, and related counts, said Bucks District Attorney Matthew Weintraub.
Prosecutors say Smith and Dietrich had already been involved in a "driving incident" about a mile away before they both arrived at the 7700 Bristol Pike McDonald's at 4 p.m. on Feb. 5.

Cache Of Firearms, 50 Bags Of Fentanyl Leads To Bucks Ghost Gun Manufacturer's Historic Arrest
The owner of a Bristol business faces more gun charges than anyone in recent Bucks County history after detectives seized "dozens" of firearms and partially assembled "ghost guns" from his home, authorities say.
Prosecutors say Russell Byron Norton, 32, of Bensalem, played a key role in the Pentz organization, a drug- and weapon-trafficking ring that operated across lower Bucks County, said District Attorney Matthew Weintraub in a statement Friday, Dec. 23.
Nicholas Pentz, the suspected ringleader of the crew, was arrested on various charges in June, as Daily Voice reported.

8 Nabbed In Trenton Prostitution Bust
Eight suspects were arrested during a prostitution investigation in Trenton, authorities announced.
The Trenton Police Department Daytime Task Force carried out the operation near South Clinton and Mott in the early morning on Tuesday, Nov. 15, police said in a Wednesday release.
The following eight suspects were arrested and charged with loitering for the purpose to engage in prostitution:
