An investigation conducted by detectives in Atlantic City resulted in the arrest of three people and the recovery of guns and drugs, authorities said.
A residential search warrant concluded an investigation into the possession of weapons and drugs inside a residence in the 1300 block of Magellan Avenue, Atlantic City police said.
Dequay Belt, 20; Keisha Belt, 39, and Damarice Bennett, 36, were arrested after detectives recovered three handguns, heroin, cash and paraphernalia used in the distribution of narcotics, police said.

Atlantic City police arrested two teenagers with a handgun and crack cocaine, authorities said.
On Thursday, Dec. 22 at 8:34 p.m., Sergeant Timothy Smith conducted a community contact at a business in the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue in response to numerous complaints from business owners concerning illegal narcotics activity.

Tip Leads To Arrest Of 3 In Atlantic City, Handgun Recovered
A tip about a man with a handgun led to the arrest of three people in Atlantic City, authorities said.
On Thursday, Aug. 11, police conducted surveillance based on the tip.
The arrests came during a series of drug sales, police said, resulting in these three suspects being charged:
Matthew Freeman, 40, of Atlantic City. was charged with weapons and drug offenses.
Al-Tyriek Warren, 33, of Atlantic City was charged with drug possession with intent to sell it.
Racheal Kirkpatrick, 26, of Atlantic City was charged with possession of drugs.
