Teen Drove Tesla 88+ MPH During Deadly Crash In Lakewood: Prosecutors An Ocean County teen was accused of driving nearly 90 miles per hour in a crash that killed a man, authorities said. Aryeh Bakst, 18, of Lakewood, was charged on Wednesday, Mar. 27 with vehicular homicide. Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced the charge in a news release on Thursday, Apr. 4.
