Daniel Ringgold, 37, of Pennsauken, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 19, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Friday, Sept. 27. An NJDOT camera showed a blue SUV on its driver's side in the parkway's median. State troopers and firefighters responded to the scene.
