Mother Who Loved 'Unconditionally' Identified As Pedestrian Killed In Jersey Shore Crash
A Union Beach woman who "lit up every room she entered" was struck by a vehicle and killed near a busy Hazlet intersection, according to a fundraising campaign. Tracey Ryan, 52, was identified as the pedestrian who died in the Route 36 crash, a Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office spokesperson said on Wednesday, Dec. 11. The collision happened near the intersection with Union Avenue at around 7:49 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 9. A woman died when she was hit by a vehicle while walking near a busy Hazlet intersection, authorities said. The woman died near the intersection of Route 36 and Union Avenue, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a news release on Tuesday, Dec. 10. Hazlet police responded to the pedestrian crash scene at around 7:49 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8. Authorities have identified the bicyclist who died when an SUV struck him in West Long Branch. John Martin of Long Branch was killed in the crash, a Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office spokesperson said on Tuesday, Dec. 3. He was 55 years old. 'Devastating' Fire Rips Through Central Jersey Seafood Restaurant Five Months After Opening
A Middletown seafood restaurant suffered a "devastating" fire on Memorial Day, less than six months after it opened.
