Fugitive Caught With Stolen Gun From Wildwood After Atlantic City Crash, Police Say A wanted Egg Harbor Township man was accused of having a stolen gun after a crash in Atlantic City, authorities said. Joey Osias, 25, was arrested on Sunday, Sept. 22, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to the wreck near the intersection of Route 30 and Grammercy Avenue at around 7:50 p.m. Investigators said a driver and Osias, who was a passenger, ran away from their vehicle after the crash. Jackie Mullins, 40, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 14, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. An officer received a report of a man with a gun on the 1100 block of Arctic Avenue at around 7:06 p.m. Officers saw Mullins riding his bicycle in the area and tried to talk with him.
