Officers responded to the 200 block of Oldfield Avenue at approximately 7 p.m. on Friday, April 3, for a report of a theft in progress, Hasbrouck Heights Police Capt. John Behr said. Five people were arrested following a more than yearlong investigation into Bliss Spa, a massage parlor at 2595 Woodbridge Ave., Edison police said.
