$2.3M Lottery Ticket Sold At Grocery Store In Wealthy NJ Town
A lucky lottery player who bought a Jersey Cash 5 ticket at a North Jersey grocery store is more than $2.3 million richer after matching all five numbers in Monday's drawing.
The winning ticket for the $2,327,955 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot was sold at Kings Food Market, 778 Morris Turnpike, in affluent Short Hills, an Essex County community that GOBankingRates recently ranked among the nation's wealthiest suburbs with a median household income of $250,001, the New Jersey Lottery announced.
The winning numbers were 01, 06, 09, 22, and 30. The Bullseye number was 09, and the XTRA number was 02.
