Officers responded to Stuyvesant Avenue and Pleasant Parkway on reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Thursday, Aug. 29 around 8:45 p.m., police said. Officers arrived to find a 34-year-old Irvington man with serious injuries in the middle of the street. Fundraiser Launched After Rahway Motorcyclist, 32, Killed In Clark Crash A 32-year-old Rahway man was killed after his motorcycle was struck by a vehicle in Clark Township on Tuesday, July 16, authorities said. At 7:55 p.m., Justin Almenas was riding his motorcycle westbound on Madison Hill Road, when it collided with a Honda Accord that was making a left turn from Adams Street, Clark Township police said in a release. Almenas was taken to University Hospital in Newark, where he was pronounced dead, police said. The victim was struck on the eastbound highway near Madison Avenue in Paterson shortly before 10:30 p.m. Sunday, June 16, NJ State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said.
