Jackson Twp. Man High On Meth In Toms River Crash That Injured Four Sentenced: Prosecutors A Jackson Township man will spend up to two decades in prison for driving a stolen pickup while high on methamphetamine in a crash that injured another man and three children, authorities said. Charles Sharkey Jr., 35, was sentenced to 20 years in state prison on Friday, Dec. 20, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release. He was given two 10-year sentences that will run consecutively.
