The Flemington woman was operating a Volkswagen passenger vehicle in the southbound lanes when a spare wheel became dislodged from another vehicle in the northbound lanes around 3:25 p.m. in South Toms River, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Bayville Man High On Drugs Caused Crashes, Fought Road Worker On Garden State Parkway: Troopers A Bayville man was accused of driving while high on drugs when he caused several crashes on the Garden State Parkway before assaulting a construction worker, authorities said. Jonathan Ferro, 21, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 28, a state police spokesperson said. Troopers responded to multiple hit-and-run crashes near milepost 101.3 on the northbound side of the parkway in Tinton Falls at around 2:18 p.m. Investigators said Ferro was driving a Dodge pickup in the crashes and ran away from the truck when it became disabled. A spokesperson said the Shake Shack at 1149 Route 35 will officially open on Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 11 a.m. The restaurant is replacing Moe's Southwest Grill at the location. Russell Daniel, 27, of Atlantic City, and a 15-year-old were arrested at around 10:05 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release on Monday, July 1. An officer stopped them for a motor vehicle violation on Black Horse Pike about a mile west of the interchange with the Garden State Parkway.
