Cops ID Motorcyclist Killed In Route 55 Hit-Run Crash (Update) A 62-year-old motorcyclist from Newfield was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Sunday, Sept. 8 on Route 55 in Gloucester County, authorities said. William Baldwin lost control while on his Harley-Davidson on the entrance ramp from Route 40 east at milepost 39.2 in Franklin Township around 3:50 p.m., NJSP Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said.
