Destiny Esquilin, 26, was charged with second-degree leaving the scene of a fatal crash, the Washington Township Police Department said in a news release on Thursday, Nov. 21. She was wanted in the crash that killed 58-year-old John DeMarco on Monday, Nov. 4.
