A Chevrolet SUV was making a lane change in front of Ryan Gaskill, of Pennsauken, who was heading south on the interstate at milepost 1.1 in Gloucester around 9:40 p.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. Charles Marchan said. Gaskill hit the brakes of the Suzuki, causing the motorcycle to overturn, ejecting and killing him. The driver of the Chevrolet remained on scene. South Jersey Man, 76, Guilty Of Sexually Assaulting 9-Year-Old Girl: Prosecutor A jury has convicted a 76-year-old Pennsauken man for sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl about six years ago, authorities said. Joseph Jackson was found guilty on Friday, June 28, of two counts of second-degree sexual assault involving a victim under the age of 13, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Pennsauken Police Chief Phil Olivo. Jackson also was found guilty of two counts of second-degree child endangerment, they said. Popular Steakhouse Closing For Summer Renovations In South Jersey A popular South Jersey steakhouse is closing this summer for renovations. The Pub, at 7600 Nights Ave., Pennsauken, will be closed from July 1 to Sept. 20 for repairs and renovations, according to a Facebook post.  Nearly 700 people reacted or commented on the posting. Many said they hope that the 73-year-old steakhouse keeps its traditional steakhouse feel. Details about renovation plans have not been announced.
