An Atlantic City man was accused of killing a Barnegat woman in a hit-and-run crash in Galloway Township, authorities said. Darrell Dean, 61, was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 17, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. A Bayville man was accused of driving while high on drugs when he caused several crashes on the Garden State Parkway before assaulting a construction worker, authorities said.
