Man, 21, Suffers Critical Head Injuries When UTV Overturns In South Jersey, Police Say An Egg Harbor Township man was critically injured when his utility terrain vehicle (UTV) overturned on a road, authorities said. In a news release, Egg Harbor Township police said the 21-year-old was heading west on the 300 block of Dogwood Avenue at around 6:08 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31. The man lost control of the UTV and he was ejected when it overturned. The man suffered major head injuries and he needed CPR from bystanders and officers. He was the only person on the UTV. Lehigh Valley Man Dies Tubing On Delaware River: Coroner Officials have identified the Pennsylvania man who drowned while tubing in on the Delaware River on Saturday, July 6.  Gary M. Conley, 53, of Forks Township, was on a tube on the Delaware River when he went into the water and "did not return to the surface," said the Northampton County Coroner's Office.  Bystanders pulled him to the shore and performed CPR until he could be taken to St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus, authorities said.
