Gotcha! Fugitive Who Helped Dismember Toms River Man Captured In Marlboro, Prosecutor Says
A 34-year-old man who had been wanted for his role in the dismemberment of a Toms River man and for hindering the apprehension of a murder suspect has been captured after days on the run, authorities said.
Jared Krysiak, of Brick Township, assisted Maxwell Johnston, 35, of Manchester Township, in dismembering 56-year-old Kerry Rollason on July 3, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
Krysiak was captured in Marlboro on Tuesday, July 16, and transported to the Ocean County Jail on charges of hindering apprehension and desecration of human remains, Billhimer said. …

Elizabeth Mascarelli, 29, of Seaside Heights; Danielle Bolstad, 42, of Barnegat; Jared Krysiak, 34, of Brick Township; and Jarred Palumbo, 36, of Manchester, were facing charges in the case, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release on Monday, July 15. More Than 13,000 Without Power On Jersey Shore After Substation Failure
Thousands of residents in two Ocean County townships were without power after severe thunderstorms raced across the northeast and caused a substation to fail, officials said.
According to the outage map for Jersey Central Power & Light, 13,688 customers had no electricity as of 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 27. More than 13,000 of those affected were living in Barnegat or Waretown.
