21-Year-Old Woman Killed In South Jersey Hit-And-Run, Police Searching For Driver: Prosecutors Police were looking for a woman and a car after a deadly late-night hit-and-run crash in Millville, authorities said. The body of Caroline Bump of Millville was discovered on the side of Glenside Road at around 1:39 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said in a news release.
