Jersey Shore Officer Who Stalked Girl Inappropriately Messaged Second Teen, Prosecutors Say A Manalapan police officer was indicted after he was accused of inappropriately contacting a second teen girl, authorities said. A grand jury indicted 47-year-old Kevin Ruditsky on 19 counts, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a news release on Thursday, Oct. 24. Ruditsky is suspended without pay from his job as a patrolman for the Manalapan Township Police Department. Wanted Man Claimed He Was State Trooper During Jersey Shore Noise Complaint Call: Police Two Atlantic City men were accused of threatening officers responding to a noise complaint, including a wanted man who claimed he was a state trooper, authorities said. Brigantine police arrested 23-year-old Jonathan Murillo and 22-year-old Onix Murillo-Hernandez on Monday, June 10, the department said in a news release. They were found when officers responded to reports of a loud group outside a home on the 4100 block of Brigantine Boulevard.
