NJ Woman, 38, Among Three Dead In Upstate NY Crash: State Police A Manahawkin woman was one of three people killed in a head-on crash in upstate New York, authorities said. Sabrina Surita, 38, died in the collision on Route 34 in Barton on Friday, Dec. 20, New York State Police said in a news release. The crash happened about 45 minutes west of Binghamton. Troopers responded to the scene at around 1:26 p.m. Police found a Toyota Highlander and Chevrolet Silverado collided head-on with each other.
