At 9:37 p.m., police in Phillipsburg responded to Raymond and Bullman Streets on a report of a man who had been shot, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said. Edward Furstenberg was identified as the suspect and was arrested by police, authorities said. Furstenberg was charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and aggravated assault, authorities said.

Phillipsburg Man Used 3D Printer To Manufacture Handgun, Ammo: Prosecutor A 40-year-old Phillipsburg man is facing charges for using a 3D printer to manufacture a firearm and ammunition, authorities said.  A search of Michael Weaver's home on Monday, Aug. 26, turned up two 3D printers, a 9mm handgun, thousands of rounds of multi-caliber ammunition, and equipment to manufacture such ammunition, Acting Warren County Prosecutor Anthony Picione said. Weaver has been charged with manufacturing a firearm using a 3D printer; unlawful possession of a weapon; and certain person not to have a weapon or ammunition.
