At 8 p.m., the girl was trick or treating on North Union Street with her parents when she walked up a flight of steps to a house for candy, when her costume made contact with a lit candle lining the steps and caught on fire, Lambertville police said. NJ Transit, Amtrak Service Resumes After Power Outage, Brush Fire Service to NJ Transit and Amtrak trains was disrupted for the second time this week on Thursday, June 20 due to both power issues and brush fires along the NJ Turnpike, officials said. Amtrak service between Philadelphia and New Haven had been suspended while NJ Transit service in and out of NY Penn Station was also suspended, due to power issues on the Amtrak line, NJ Transit said.
