A Passaic County man is facing child pornography charges after investigators say he uploaded disturbing images of young children to the internet, authorities said. Ronald P. Casale, 68, of Totowa, an assistant supermarket manager in Wayne, was found with photos that depicted nude children between the ages of 4 and 8 engaged in sexual behavior, according to Passaic County Sheriff Thomas Adamo. A Montclair man was arrested after trying to fight employees at a Fairfield bar, refusing to cooperate with police, and spitting on an officer during his arrest, police said. Brian Dougherty, 27, was arrested on Sunday, May 25, after officers were called to Danaher’s Pub at approximately 6:11 p.m. for a report of “an intoxicated patron allegedly trying to fight employees,” Fairfield police said in a statement. Five people have been arrested for their role in two street takeovers that occurred in Newark last November and last month, authorities said. On Sunday, November 24, at 1:02 a.m. police responded to Miller Street near McCarter Highway after receiving reports of erratic driving by multiple drivers, Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. said. Anthony "Tony" Camal, a world-renowned Judo master and Paterson firefighter, died on Monday, July 29, according to his obituary on the Festa Memorial website. He was 63 years old.
