A 41-year-old Newark man was arrested and charged after he brought a gun to The Home Depot in Bloomfield on Wednesday, March 19, authorities said. A security guard was stabbed at a nightclub in Newark on Monday, Dec. 30, authorities said. A 26-year-old Elizabeth resident was arrested and charged on Friday, July 12, with a deadly assault in 2023, authorities said.
