A 16-year-old student has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly stabbing a classmate multiple times inside a Fort Lee High School bathroom, authorities said. The incident happened on Tuesday, April 8, at approximately 10:52 a.m., according to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella. Two juveniles were apprehended on Tuesday, Jan. 28 after an attempted lockdown caused a Linden elementary school to be briefly placed on lockdown, authorities said. Two teenagers were arrested after they discarded a loaded firearm in the bushes near Union High School, prompting a lockdown, on the morning of Thursday, Nov. 21, authorities said. At 8:11 a.m., officers responded to a resident near Union High School who reported finding a fanny pack in the bushes near Stahuber Drive, Township of Union police said. Juveniles Arrested After Causing Bloomfield High School Lockdown: Police
Two juveniles were arrested and charged after trespassing at Bloomfield High School on Wednesday, Sept. 11, causing a lockdown. Bloomfield High School was placed on lockdown after law enforcement was notified of two juveniles within the vicinity of the high school, Bloomfield police said in a release. Lockdown Lifted At Bloomfield High School: Police
Bloomfield High School was placed on lockdown after an unauthorized juvenile was located near the building on the morning of Wednesday, Sept. 11, authorities said. Officers were notified by high school staff about the juvenile and the building was placed on lockdown as law enforcement conducted a search, Bloomfield police said. Officers said the unauthorized individual left the area of the high school, police said. There were no reported injuries and everyone is safe, police said. The lockdown was lifted and normal activity resumed at the high school, police said.
