Two Fights Briefly Shut Down Jersey Gardens Mall: Authorities One person was arrested after two fights broke out at The Mills at Jersey Gardens on Sunday, June 8, authorities said. The two fights occurred in two different stores, a spokesperson for the City of Elizabeth said. One fight was between employees and the other fight was between patrons, authorities said. One juvenile was arrested and the mall reopened for business after 15 minutes, authorities said.
