The jet, owned by Mexican company Jet Rescue, went down just after 6:06 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, shortly after taking off from Northeast Philadelphia Airport, according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Two-Month-Old Dies In Elizabeth: Authorities A two-month-old infant died in Elizabeth on Monday, Oct. 21, authorities said. Police responded to a report of an unresponsive infant at Pingry Place, a spokeswoman for the city said. Both parents were working, and their eldest child was watching his younger siblings, including the infant, when the infant had a medical emergency, authorities said. The infant was pronounced dead at Trinitas Hospital, authorities said. The Division of Child Protection and Permanency was notified, authorities said. No foul play was suspected and the incident remains under investigation, authorities said.

Vehicle Crashes Into Pole After Driver Suffers Medical Emergency: Newark PD A man was hospitalized after he experienced a medical emergency while driving and crashed into a pole in Newark on the morning of Thursday, Aug. 8, authorities said. At 11:10 a.m., police responded to a vehicle colliding with a pole at Lyons Avenue and Hobson Street, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. The man driving the vehicle had a medical emergency and he was transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation, Fragé said. No other injuries have been reported and the crash remains under investigation, Fragé said.

2 Fatal Crashes On Same Day In Monroe: Police There were two fatal crashes in one day in Monroe Township, authorities said. A driver died after crashing on Wednesday, June 12 after a medical emergency, Monroe police said. The crash occurred on Applegarth Road (Route 619) in Monroe at about 10 a.m., police said. Police didn’t identify the driver pending notification of next of kin. Just after midnight Wednesday, a 42-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on Buckelew Avenue near Grace Hill Road, police said. The pedestrian also had not been identified.
