DPW Worker Killed In Motorcycle Crash While Riding With Friend On NJ Road, Police Say
A 23-year-old Morris County man died in a two-motorcycle crash in Passaic County last month, police said. Sean McClinton, of Riverdale, was heading north on a 2022 Triumph STR north on East Shore Road when he ran off the road to the right and struck the guardrail, causing him to separate from the motorcycle around 6:15 p.m. on Aug. 31, a spokesperson for the West Milford Police Department said. Support is on the rise for a New Jersey firefighter who was severely injured in a car crash the night before he was set his father's burial in Greece. Anthony Zougras, a Martinsville firefighter, was in the crash on Wednesday, Aug. 7, according to a GoFundMe set up to support his medical expenses. Zougras' father, Dionysios, had died unexpectedly on Sunday, July 21 and it was his wish to be buried in his hometown of Zakynthos, Greece, according to the fundraiser. Bryson Borgia was riding his motorcycle at 1 a.m. in Mansfield Township on Wednesday, Aug. 14, when he lost control and crashed, according to a fundraiser set up to support his medical expenses. Borgia was rushed to a nearby hospital with multiple broken bones in his legs and a broken arm.
