Newly-released bodycam footage shows the arrest of a Morristown councilwoman for DUI in Denville last month.
Toshiba Foster, 50, of Parsippany, was charged with DWI, reckless driving, careless driving, and operation of an unregistered vehicle on Sept. 6, records show.

A 40-year-old man was arrested after a DUI crash outside police headquarters in Rochelle Park that sent a 27-year-old woman to the hospital, authorities said.
The collision happened Friday, Aug. 8, at 12:51 p.m. on West Passaic Street in front of police headquarters, according to Rochelle Park Police Capt. James DePreta.

Olympic gold medalist Mary Lou Retton was arrested for DUI at the Pennsylvania border, authorities in Marion County, West Virginia announced on Tuesday, May 27.
Retton, 57, was pulled over near the state line on Saturday, May 17, 2025, and allegedly showed signs of impairment, according to arrest records. Troopers say she refused a blood alcohol test and had an open bottle of wine inside the vehicle.

A charter bus driver was arrested after allegedly appearing impaired while transporting students and chaperones back from a field trip in North Jersey, authorities said.
Police responded to White Rock Elementary School in Oak Ridge around 6:34 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, where they made contact with Jean Audain, 57, of Spring Valley, NY, identified as the bus driver, Jefferson Police Capt. Robert Bush said.

CBS Philadelphia has released bodycam footage showing the moments leading up to the DUI arrest of Sean Higgins, who struck and killed NHL player Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew on Aug. 29, 2024, in New Jersey.
