At 11 a.m., troopers responded to the New Jersey Turnpike Authority’s Telegraph Hill Maintenance Yard after maintenance workers had recovered four large “Retriever” brand dog food bags on the Garden State Parkway South in Aberdeen Township, containing the remains of four deceased brown dogs, New Jersey State Police said.
