Jeanine Glass, the Florham Park mom charged with the bathtub murder of her 3-year-old daughter, told police she was having suicidal thoughts the evening her daughter drowned, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Daily Voice Wednesday, July 23.
On Sunday, July 6 at 10:41 p.m., officers responded to a home on Woods End Road and met with a man identified as 'B.G.' who told police his wife, Glass, was unresponsive, according to the complaint. Glass was found suffering from a potential drug overdose, police said.

Hector Collazo, 60, died after being struck by a Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train in Hicksville Tuesday morning, July 8, as Daily Voice reported.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, near New South Road and Mineola Avenue, around 9:40 a.m., where Collazo was struck by an eastbound train and pronounced dead at the scene, according to an MTA spokesperson. He was illegally on the tracks at the time.

Two NJ Corrections Officers Die By Suicide On Same Day, One In Jail Parking Lot: Officials
Two Essex County corrections officers died by suspected suicide on the same day, authorities confirmed.
Officer Joey Hernandez's death occurred outside the Essex County Jail, the Essex County Prosecutor's Office said, while Sgt. Joseph Trezza committed suicide in Roxbury, according to Carmen Martin, a spokesperson for the ECPO.
Both deaths happened on Tuesday, May 6 but are unrelated, Martin said.
