Four teenagers were arrested on Thursday, Sept. 12 and charged for their participation in an auto theft trafficking network in North Jersey, authorities said.
Two juveniles, a 16-year-old Newark resident and a 17-year-old Jersey City resident would use stolen Kias, Hondas and Hyundais to look for high-end luxury vehicles like BMWs and Mercedes, Union County Prosecutor William Daniel said.

A man is at large after he exposed himself to a woman at a Montclair convenience store on Wednesday, Sept. 11, authorities said.
A woman told police she was working behind the counter at Campy's Corner on Harrison Avenue when a man walked into the store, Montclair police said in a release. Once the man entered the store, he pulled down his pants to expose himself, police said.

Man Riding Scooter Broke Into Newark Dunkin': Police
A man riding a scooter is at large after he broke into a Dunkin in Newark on Saturday, Sept. 7, authorities said.
At 3:23 a.m., the man arrived at Dunkin at 794 Franklin Ave. on a scooter, and then used an object to break in, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said.
Once inside, the suspect also used an object to break into an office where he stole approximately $3,500.00 in cash before fleeing on the scooter heading northbound on North 6th Street, Fragé said. The suspect later entered Stephen Crane Village, where he entered a white Kia, Fragé said.

An ice cream vendor was robbed at knifepoint in Newark on Thursday, July 18, authorities said.
At 9:30 a.m., the ice cream vendor was setting up their cart at the 200 block of Mt. Prospect Avenue when two men approached her from behind asking for ice cream, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. The suspects then pushed her into a cart, held up a knife to her throat while a second suspect took her bag, containing $1,000, an iPhone, a vendor's license, her ID and a bank card.
