NJ Stagehand, Avid Poker Player Ren Cain Dies Suddenly, $16K Raised For Young Daughter Support is on the rise for one little girl mourning the loss of her father. Ren Cain, who lived most of his life in Central Jersey, died on Friday, Jan. 17, according to his obituary on the Spezzi Funeral Home website. He was 39 years old.  Ren was born on the Beaufort Naval Base in South Carolina and was a stagehand with IATSE Local 21, his obituary reads. Records show he also primarily lived in Parlin. NJ Cops ID Pilot Killed In Small Plane Crash Authorities have identified the pilot killed in a small plane crash in Somerset County over the weekend. Pankaj Mohan, 61, of Lawrenceville, was operating a Cirrus SR22 that crashed in a wooded area of Franklin Township at approximately 10:35 a.m. Sunday, March 30, according to the FAA and Franklin Township Police Capt. 5 Passengers Hurt In Multi-Vehicle Crash On Garden State Parkway: Njsp Five people were injured in a three-car crash on the Garden State Parkway in Central Jersey, authorities said. New Jersey State troopers responded to a crash on Sunday, July 14 at 4:40 p.m. on the parkway southbound at milepost 126.5 in Sayreville, according to Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron, a State Police spokesman. A total of five passengers sustained minor injuries and were transported to an area hospital, Lebron said. The crash remains under investigation and there is no additional information available at this time.

DUI Driver Crashed Stolen Car On Route 1: Police Authorities have identified the driver of a stolen car that crashed into a utility pole along Route 1 in Central Jersey. Jordan White, 35,  of Paterson, crashed on Friday,, June 28, South Brunswick police said. He was seriously injured, they said. White allegedly was under the influence of drugs, police said, and the 2007 Lincoln Town car he was driving was stolen.  He was charged with receiving stolen property, driving under the influence, and numerous motor vehicle violations, police said.

Metalworker Killed In Forklift Accident In Central Jersey: Police A 46-year-old metalworker from Central Jersey was killed in a forklift accident, authorities said. Jimmy Fernando Parrales Mora, of North Plainfield, was killed in the accident at Diamond Brite Metals, 333 Cedar Ave. in Middlesex, according to borough police. The accident occurred at about 7:20 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11.  It was determined that a metal beam fell and struck Parrales Mora while he was working, police said. Parrales Mora was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. OSHA is investigating.
