Union City Man Possessed, Uploaded Child Porn: Prosecutor A 76-year-old Union City man was arrested and charged on Tuesday, Nov. 19, with possessing and uploading child pornography, authorities said. The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip back in March that child sex abuse material was being uploaded from an electronic device, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
