On June 24, at about 7:30 p.m., troopers responded to a report of a sexual assault at milepost 119.3 on the Turnpike South in Teaneck, Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. A decorated FDNY firefighter was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Manhattan. Matthew Goicochea, 31, was riding his motorcycle on the FDR Drive around 3:45 a.m. Thursday, July 25 when he collided with another vehicle and fell onto the roadway, according to police.
