A home health aide is accused of shoving an elderly woman in her Wayne home, causing her to hit her head, then lying about the cause of the injury to police, authorities said. A 40-year-old Newark man whose case happened in the midst of an overhaul of New Jersey's criminal justice system was sentenced on Monday, July 22, to 68 years in prison for 2016 Christmas morning killing, authorities said. Habeeb Robinson was convicted in June of aggravated manslaughter, weapons possession and witness tampering in the death of Hassan Cobb-Jones, a 32-year-old Newark resident, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore Stephens, II said.
