Gloucester City Man Wearing Medical ID Bracelet Killed In Front Of Hospital, Police Say A Gloucester City man wearing a medical identification bracelet was struck by a pickup and killed in front of a Washington Township hospital, authorities said. George West, 69, died in the crash on Hurffville Cross Keys Road on Monday, Nov. 11, the Washington Township Police Department said in a news release.
