The incident occurred in Philadelphia near Exit 26: Aramingo/Betsy Ross around 8:16 a.m. when a 43-year-old man from Folcroft was traveling in the left lane. A silver Dodge sedan with tinted windows and a damaged rear bumper pulled alongside him, and an occupant fired a shot through his passenger-side window. Route 80 eastbound remains closed after the 40-foot by 40-foot sinkhole appeared on the morning of Thursday, Dec. 26, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said.
