Christian Fuscarino, the executive director of Garden State Equality, the state's largest LGBTQ+ advocacy group, has been charged with child endangerment in Neptune City, according to court records obtained by Daily Voice.
At 8 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 9, Fuscarino, 35, pulled a child out of bed and then struck the child with an open hand multiple times across the face before pushing the child into a wall, according to an affidavit of probable cause obtained by NJ Advance Media.
