Joseph Acevedo-Rodriguez, who went by "Tuti" died just four days before his 27th birthday, according to his obituary from the Alvarez Funeral Home in Newark. "Joseph passed away doing what he loved most: riding motorcycles with his friends on the weekends, one of his passions," his obituary reads, making no mention of the police pursuit. Two Charged In Crash That Injured Kearny Moped Operator On Super Bowl Sunday: Prosecutor Two Kearny residents were arrested and charged on Monday, Dec. 2  after a moped operator was seriously injured in a crash on Super Bowl Sunday authorities said. On Sunday, Feb. 11, a moped operator was struck by a cargo van in the area of Harrison Avenue and Bergen Avenue in Kearny, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
