On Sunday, July 28, at 4:50 p.m., the victim responded to a post on Facebook Marketplace about buying a PlayStation video game console, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. When the victim met the suspect on the 300 block of Morris Avenue, the suspect pulled out a knife and tried to cut him,  Fragé said.
