Grand Jury Declines To Indict Cranford Police Officers In Fatal Shooting On GSP: AG Cranford police officers who fatally shot a Perth Amboy man on the Garden State Parkway in December 2023 will not face charges, the state attorney general's office announced Friday, Oct. 25.
