Sonia Gomez, of Matawan, was behind the wheel of a 2015 Honda Pilot when she struck Judith Fox-Hernandez, of Aberdeen at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and 2nd Street in Aberdeen on Wednesday, Sept. 4, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S.
