Police Investigation With Helicopter, K-9s Cancels School In Jersey Shore Township (Developing) School was canceled in Dennis Township due to a state police investigation that forced students to stay inside, authorities said. The Dennis Township School District said classes wouldn't be held on Tuesday, Sept. 10 "due to the continued threat in our area" and to keep students and staff safe.
