Since his diagnosis in 2022, fans have remained hopeful for the "Die Hard" star, and most updates from the Willis family have been positive.
Rumer Willis, whom Bruce shares with ex-wife Demi Moore, posed for photos with her father on Wednesday — his special day — and gave a brief update on his condition after fans asked for details.
“He’s doing great, thank you for asking," she posted to a comment on her Instagram Stories.
Willis has five daughters. All offered heartfelt tributes on his special day.
In a heartwarming video posted to Instagram, Willis is seen blowing out candles on his birthday cake before breaking into a dance with his five daughters. Demi Moore and his wife, Emma Heming Willis, 46, looked on with joy.
In another clip, he let his youngest daughters take the spotlight.
Rumer also shared a playful video in which Willis leads a slightly confused Moore in a choreographed dance, both wearing matching jumpsuits — a charming reminder that his sense of humor remains intact despite the diagnosis.
Willis retired from acting in 2022 and has largely stayed out of the public eye. Yet, his rare appearances continue to draw an outpouring of love and appreciation from fans around the world, who celebrate his legacy in iconic films like "Pulp Fiction" and "The Sixth Sense."
But he’s staying busy.
Emma Heming Willis also posted a video to Instagram showing Bruce taking their daughters to Disneyland last year, highlighting the cherished family moments they continue to share.
The week's festivities didn’t end with Willis’ birthday. On Friday, he and Heming Willis celebrated their wedding anniversary, wrapping up a week full of love and joy.
