Fire Breaks Out At Jersey Shore Waterfront House Under Construction A waterfront house under construction caught on fire in Avalon, officials said. Avalon firefighters responded to the house on the 4600 block of Fourth Avenue at around 10:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 24, the borough said in a Facebook post.
