Woman, 78, Struck By Pickup, Killed In South Jersey Crash: Police
An Egg Harbor Township woman was killed while crossing a road on Veterans Day, authorities said. Sharon Parker, 78, died in the crash on Monday, Nov. 11, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to Tilton Road near the intersection with Goldenrod Lane at around 5:59 p.m. Investigators said a 2015 Ford F-150 was traveling north on Tilton Road. A Somers Point man will spend up to a dozen years in prison for selling cocaine throughout Atlantic County, authorities said.
