Man On FBI's 'Most Wanted' List Captured In California 15 Years After NJ Robbery Tie-Up: Feds A man who has been on the FBI's "Most Wanted" list for a 2009 armed robbery of a New Jersey restaurant has been captured in California. Kofi Edwards, 51, was arrested without incident in Sacramento, CA following a tip from the public, the FBI's Newark Central Jersey Safe Streets Task Force announced. FBI Newark had offered up to $10,000 leading to Edward’s arrest and will pay out the reward. Gangster Parolee Busted With Heroin, Firearm In Jersey City: Feds Two Jersey City men have been charged with distributing cocaine and heroin as part of a street gang, authorities said. Anthony Phillips, 31, a.k.a. "Ant" and Shannon Tisdale a.k.a. "Doonk" were arrested after law enforcement began investigating drug distribution in the area of Lexington and Bergen Avenues in Jersey City by Lex Mob, a neighborhood gang, US Attorney Philip Sellinger said.
